This paper discussed the survival and development status of building enterprises,through the analysis and discussion on building enter-prise operation mode,internal management,human resource etc. ,put forward specific countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of build-ing enterprises in market economy,in order to promote the healthy development of building market in China.%简述了建筑企业的生存和发展现状，通过对建筑企业经营模式、内部管理、人力资源等的分析探讨，提出了在市场经济下提高建筑企业自身竞争力的具体对策，以促进我国建筑市场的健康发展。
