国内外雨水管理标准及对我国的启示

摘要

在阐述美德两国雨水管理办法的基础上，结合国内现有的管理标准与措施，对国内城市雨水回收再利用标准体系的制定提出了新建议，指出基于绿色雨水和低影响开发的基础设施理念，建立多种方式共存的多层次、多目标的城市雨洪管理体系是非常有必要的。%Based on elaboration of rainwater management methods between America and Germany,combined with the domestic existing manage-ment standards and measures,this paper put forward new proposal to domestic cities rainwater recycling standard system formulation,pointed out that the infrastructure idea based on green rain and low impact development,establishment of city rainwater management system with variety of ways coexist multi layers,multi targets was very important.
