加强工程项目造价控制管理的探索

摘要

Taking engineering project cost control management as research target,the paper studies critical engineering project cost control points,puts forward corresponding engineering project cost control management suggestions from four aspects of investment decision,design,con-struction and completion,and finally points out that:strengthening engineering cost management has significant meaning for improving enterprise investment utilizationefficiency,improving enterprise competitiveness and solving supply-demand contradictory.%以工程项目造价控制管理为研究对象，通过对工程项目造价控制关键点的研究，从投资决策、设计、施工和竣工这四方面对工程项目造价控制管理提出了相应的建议，指出加强工程造价管理，对提高企业投资额的利用效率、提高企业竞争力、解决供需矛盾等都具有重要意义。
