Through the market survey,this paper analyzed in detail the existing uncertainty of material price,unemphasis on market price factors and other problems of construction units in BOQ bidding,and proposed specific solution strategy,in order to reduce the engineering cost,realized the benign competition among construction enterprises.%通过市场调查，详细分析了建设单位在工程量清单招标中存在的对材料价格不确定、不重视市场价格因素等问题，并提出了具体的解决策略，以降低工程成本，实现建筑企业间的良性竞争。
