The paper introduces the definition of the monitoring document management,sums up the wrong ideas and behaviors in the monitoring document management,and illustrates the monitoring regulation,rules,construction contract documents,and the audited documents for the con-struction organization and design scheme,so as to enhance the monitoring to be more regular,standard,systematic and scientific.%介绍了监理资料管理的含义，总结了一些监理资料管理工作中的错误思想和行为，并对监理工作中监理规范、细则、施工合同文件资料、施工组织设计方案报审资料的管理与运用进行了详细阐述，以推动监理工作步入规范化、标准化、制度化、科学化的轨道。
