谈绿色施工实施办法及存在问题

The paper illustrates the concept of the green construction,researches its implementation methods from the promotion of the green con-struction training,recycling of construction by-products,and publicity of environment-friendly materials and techniques,and analyzes existing problems in the green construction,so as to provide some reference for the green construction management.%阐述了绿色施工的概念，从加强绿色施工培训、重视施工中副产物再生利用、推广环保型材料及技术等方面研究了绿色施工的实施办法，并对绿色施工中存在的问题进行了分析，为绿色施工管理工作提供了参考依据。
