This paper analyzed the necessity of accuracy,traceability and reference lifting building engineering information,introduced the forma-tion process and contents of building engineering construction materials,and from the malpractice of construction information management,pro-posed the ways to improve information management measurement,to ensure that the information true,clear and complete.%分析了提升建筑工程资料准确度、可追溯度和可参考度的必要性，介绍了建筑工程施工资料的形成过程及内容，并从施工资料管理存在的弊端出发，提出了提高资料管理质量的途径，以确保资料的真实、清晰、完整。
