谈施工项目成本管理

摘要

对工程项目成本管理存在的成本意识不足、材料浪费严重、机械使用不当等问题进行了分析，并据此提出了提高工作人员成本管理意识、加强成本核算考核、加强合同管理等策略，以提高企业的成本管理水平。%This paper analyzed the insufficient cost consciousness,material waste,improper mechanical use in engineering project cost manage-ment,and based on this put forward improvement of the staff cost management consciousness,strengthening the cost accounting and assessment, strengthening the contract management strategy,to improve the enterprise cost management level.
