建筑工程预结算中的定额与清单计价应用

摘要

According to the introduction of the quota and bill of quantities in the architectural engineering pre-settlement,the paper compares and analyzes the calculation approaches and their advantages and disadvantages of the two calculation modes,and researches various application prin-ciples for the quota and bill of quantities,and points out the latter one has the invincible edge,so it will be the trend for the following engineering pre-settlement.%通过对建筑工程预结算中定额与清单计价方式的介绍，对比分析了两种计价模式的计算方式及优缺点，并研究了定额计价与清单计价不同的应用原则，指出清单计价具有定额计价不可比拟的优势，是今后工程预结算的发展趋势。
