建筑工程造价管理措施探讨

摘要

对工程项目造价控制的盲目性、模糊性、不完善性等弊端因素进行了分析，探讨了设计阶段、招标阶段、造价控制方式等环节的造价管理措施，以解决当前施工项目造价控制的弊端问题，进一步完善工程造价管理工作。%The paper analyzes some defects of the cost control in engineering programs,including its blindness,fuzziness,and imperfection,ex-plores the cost management measures at the stages of design,bidding,and cost control approaches,so as to solve the defects in the cost control of current construction programs,and promote the engineering cost management.
