The paper introduces major BOQ contents,analyzes merits of implementing BOQ pricing mode,explores the impact of BOQ upon engi-neering cost,and finally puts forward engineering cost control measures from aspects of investment decision phase,design phase,biding phase, engineering implementation and completion phase.%介绍了工程量清单计价包含的主要内容，分析了实施工程量清单计价模式的优点，并探讨了工程量清单计价模式对工程造价的影响，从投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、工程实施及竣工阶段提出了工程量清单计价模式下工程造价的控制措施。
