建筑工程的价值工程与成本管理概述

摘要

阐明了成本管理与价值理论的含义，通过价值工程对工程项目成本管理进行了系统分析，提出了收集信息先于分析、对产品功能进行整合、充分利用计算机等进一步实施价值工程的若干建议。%The paper describes cost management and value theory concepts,systematically analyzes engineering project cost management through value engineering,and finally puts forward some suggestions,such as collecting data before analysis,integrating products functions and fully u-sing computer and so on.
