谈施工项目管理中合同管理的应用

摘要

The paper analyzes the importance of the contract management in the construction program management,and points out the effective strategies to enhance the contract management according to some problems in the contract management,including the common defects in recogni-tion,insufficient content,lack of contract presentation,and negligence of contract change management,so as to apply the contract management reasonably and promote the integrated management.%对合同管理在施工项目管理中的重要性进行了分析，并结合合同管理中常见的认识层面缺陷、内容不足、缺乏合同交底、忽视合同变更管理等问题，提出了强化合同管理的有效对策，以期合理应用合同管理，提升项目整体管理水平。
