超高层建筑施工现场造价控制研究

摘要

分析了超高层建筑的发展趋势，对影响超高层项目施工成本控制的因素进行了分析，并从图纸、合同、材料、机械、现场管理等方面提出了几项造价控制措施，促使施工企业取得良好的投资效益以及社会效益。%The paper analyzes the development of super-high-rise of buildings,analyzes the factors affecting the cost control of the program,and points out some cost control measures from the mapping,contract,materials,mechanics,and sites,so as to enhance the investment and social benefits of construction enterprises.
