工程造价中的疑难问题与解决办法

摘要

结合工程造价在工程建设管理中的重要性，对工程造价中存在的问题进行了分析，针对缺乏整体造价管理意识、法律法规不健全、工程设计变更多等疑难问题提出了具体的解决办法，以促进造价管理事业的健康发展。%Combining with the importance of the engineering cost in the engineering construction management,the paper analyzes the problems in the engineering cost,and points out factual solutions to those problems,including insufficient integrated cost management awareness,unsound laws and regulations,and diversified engineering designs,so as to enhance the healthy development of cost management.
