矿山法地铁隧道近距离侧穿建筑物实例研究

         

摘要

以北京地铁14号线永定外站-安乐林站区间隧道近距离侧穿建筑物工程为例,论述了矿山法邻近建筑物施工的主要内容,实践证明,在强有力的工程组织和严密的技术措施保障下,通过水平袖阀管深孔注浆进行超前加固、上下导洞台阶法开挖及监控量测等手段,有效抑制了建筑物和地表沉降,在保证施工质量的基础上达到了快速通过的目的。%Taking the No. 14 Beijing Subway between Yongdingwai Station and Anlelin laterally passing through buildings as the example,the pa-per indicates the main contents for the mining method near the building construction,proves by the practice that the advanced consolidation,top and bottom pilot tunnel step excavation and supervision and measurement can be ensured by the horizontal sleeve valve deep pole under the strict engineering organization and technical measures,so it effectively restrains the buildings and surface settlement and achieves the acceptance after ensuring the construction quality.
