中央空调冷热源方案评价模型研究

摘要

Starting from the aspects of studying optimal cold-heat source scheme of central air-conditioning,the paper applies value engineering principles,establishes cold-heat source design scheme evaluation model of air-conditioning,analyzes four kinds of cold-heat source scheme from four aspects of initial investment,operation cost,utilization expectancy and energy conservation and so on,and finally obtains optimal scheme.%以研究中央空调冷热源最佳方案为出发点，利用价值工程原理，建立了一种空调冷热源设计方案评价模型，依据该模型从初投资、运行费用、使用年限、节能等方面分析评价了四种冷热源方案，得出方案1为最优方案。
