谈钢结构作为高大模板支撑体系支座的应用

         

摘要

鉴于某工程的较复杂的高大模板支撑体系方案,按照传统工艺脚手架将达到45 m高,据此对高大模板支撑体系方案进行了优化论证,采用了钢结构作为高大模板支撑体系的支座,对脚手架设置进行了计算,并通过多个方案对比,选定了25号工字钢和圆160 mm无缝钢管作为高大模板支撑体系的支座。%Based on the complicated high and large formwork system scheme of some project,the paper indicates the height of the scaffold will reach 45 meters according to the traditional craft,undertakes the optimal indication of the scheme for the high and large formwork system,adopts the steel structure as the support for the high and large formwork system,calculates the scaffold allocation,and selects the No. 25Ⅰ-shaped steel and 160 mm seamless steel tube as the support by comparing with other schemes.
