摘要

Taking the Science and Technology Research and Development Center of China Railway Third Bureau as the example,the paper re-searches the precipitation scheme of the foundation pit,illustrates the construction craft by adopting the waterproof curtain pile’s enclosed precip-itation in the project,analyze the influence of the precipitation on existing buildings and points out prevention measures and the precipitation scheme can ensure the safe operation of the foundation pit.%以中铁三局集团科技研发中心工程为例，对基坑的降水方案进行了研究，并对工程采用的止水帷幕桩封闭降水技术的施工工艺进行了详细阐述，分析了降水对基坑周边既有建筑物的影响，并提出了防治措施，指出采用该降水方案确保了基坑的安全运行。
