电子招投标制度的应用研究

摘要

阐述了电子招投标的系统结构及其使用方法，通过研究电子招投标在建设工程招投标中的应用，分析了我国电子招投标系统建设的现状以及电子招投标在普及实行中存在的问题，并针对问题提出了具体的解决方案。%This article expounds the system structure and using method of electronic bidding,by study the application of electronic bidding in construction engineering bidding,analyzes the current situation of the construction of the electronic bidding system and the problems existing in the electronic bidding in popularity,and puts forward specific solutions for problems.
