This paper described the problems should pay attention to concrete roof construction,made reason analysis on common diseases and defects in concrete roof construction,listed the quality program control measures of concrete roof construction,in order to from the various links of construction process,strengthened the quality control management,really ensured the engineering quality.%论述了混凝土顶板施工需正视的问题，对混凝土顶板施工的常见病害与缺陷进行了原因分析，列出了混凝土顶板施工的质量程序控制措施，以期从施工过程中的各环节入手，加强质量控制管理，真正确保工程质量。
