全方位（岗位）建筑安装工程成本管理

摘要

从施工进度、质量、安全三个方面阐述了建筑安装工程成本管理的措施，探讨了成本管理各方面协同平衡的方法，指出项目成本管理是贯穿项目实施全过程的工作，只有协同处理好进度、技术、劳务等关系，才能实现管理效益的最大化。%This paper elaborated the construction installation engineering cost management measures from the construction progress,quality,se-curity three aspects,discussed the collaborative equilibrium method of cost management each aspect,pointed out that the project cost management run through the whole process of project implementation work,only cooperation process well progress,technology,labor relationship,could real-ize the management benefit maximization.
