谈建筑施工企业成本管理和成本控制

摘要

This paper introduced simply the cost management,combining with the present situation of cost management of building construction enterprises,analyzed the existing problems in cost management,put forward popularization of cost management knowledge,establishment of qual-ity responsibility,strengthen field management,paying attention to material management and other measures,in order to achieve the goal of pro-moting enterprise economic benefits.%对成本管理作了简单的介绍，结合建筑施工企业成本管理的现状，分析了成本管理中存在的问题，提出了普及成本管理知识、制定质量职责、加强现场管理、重视材料管理等解决措施，以实现提升企业经济效益的目标。
