谈建筑物桩基质量通病及预防方法

摘要

This paper introduced the main characteristics of pile foundation,analyzed the main quality defects of reinforced concrete precast pile, steel pipe pile,bored pile,discussed the various methods prevention of quality common defects,to ensure the quality of engineering foundation structure,so as to improve the safety of buildings.%介绍了桩基础的主要特性，对钢筋混凝土预制桩、钢管桩、灌注桩的主要质量通病进行了分析，探讨了各种预防质量通病发生的方法，以保证工程基础结构的质量，从而提高建筑物的安全性。
