城市内涝原因分析及对策

摘要

According to present our urban water logging serious problems,this paper analyzed the causes of urban water logging phenomenon,and presented the importance of drainage facilities construction,improvement the forecasting system,reducing ground hardening rate,establishing and perfecting water diversion water system and other preventive measures,in order to effectively solve the city water logging problem.%针对目前我国城市内涝灾害严重的问题，分析了造成城市内涝现象的原因，并提出了重视排水设施建设、完善预报系统、降低地面硬化率、建立健全调水蓄水系统等防治措施，以有效解决城市内涝问题。
