流水作业双代号网络图台阶法绘制技巧

摘要

对流水作业的逻辑关系及特点进行了分析，提出了适用于流水作业的双代号网络图“台阶法”绘制方法，并研究归纳了绘制步骤和技巧，有助于工程人员学习使用，加强施工进度管理。%The paper analyzes the logic relationship abd features of the streaming production,points out the mapping methods for the“bench cut method”in activity-on-arrow network drawing of streaming production,and sums up the mapping steps and skills,so as to help engineering per-sonnel to learn and use and enhance the construction progress management.
