建筑工程施工预结算管理技术应用方法研讨

摘要

通过分析某工程的施工预结算管理背景，对工程施工预结算管理技术进行了探讨，提出了通过应用量本利技术、价值工程、线型规划方法等优化措施，以期为工程施工预结算管理提供更为科学合理的依据。%Through the analysis on construction pre-settlement management background of a project,this paper discussed the engineering con-struction pre-settlement management technology,put forward through application of cost volume profit technology,value engineering,linear plan-ning method and other optimization measures,in order to provide more scientific and rational basis for engineering construction pre-settlement management.
