二手房交易现状以及未来分析

摘要

分析了目前我国二手房交易的现状，对交易未来进行预测，并提出了加强结构调整、搞好市场调控、调整税收政策等搞活我国二手房交易市场的措施及建议，以期从根本上促进房地产走向繁荣。%This paper analyzed the present situation of China’s second-hand house transactions,predicted the future transactions,and put for-ward measures and suggestions to strengthen structural adjustment,improve market regulation,adjust tax policy to invigorate the second-hand house transaction market,in order to fundamentally promote the prosperity of real estate.
