谈建筑施工管理存在的问题及对策

围绕建筑施工管理中存在的现场管理缺乏规范化、施工人员专业水平低、管理体系不健全的问题展开了论述，据此提出了强化施工管理力度、严格控制施工工程造价、严格控制材料验收标准等解决对策，以确保工程的顺利进行。%The paper indicates some problems in the architectural construction management,including the sufficient site management,lower pro-fession qualification of construction personnel,and unsound management system,and points out some strategies to enhance the construction man-agement,have the strict control over the construction engineering cost,and limit the materials acceptance standards,so as to ensure the smooth operation of the construction.
