铁路勘察设计行业投标工作探讨

摘要

探讨了在新的市场环境下，铁路勘察设计企业在新局势、新变化下更好的开展投标工作的方法，包括对标书的理解、投标工作的重点、报价的决策等几方面内容，并指出投标工作是铁路勘察设计企业长期持续发展的重要一环。%This paper discussed the better bidding work method which the railway survey and design enterprises under new situation,new change in new market environment,including the tender understanding,focus on bidding work,decision-making offer and other several aspects,and pointed out that the bidding work was the important ring of railway survey and design enterprises long-term sustainable development.
