连续箱梁腹板及顶板常见质量缺陷及防治措施

摘要

通过对预应力混凝土连续箱梁腹板及顶板施工中常出现质量缺陷的分析，提出了一套行之有效的防治措施，包括确保外侧模表面光洁平整、控制箱梁钢筋尺寸、加强混凝土振捣工艺等，最终取得了良好的施工效果。%The paper analyzes common quality defects in prestressed concrete continuous box girder web and jacking plate construction,puts for-ward some feasible preventing measures,such as guaranteeing external module surface evenness,controlling box girder steel reinforcement size and strengthening concrete vibration technology and so on,and finally achieves good construction effect.
