某高层住宅小区地基处理方案设计综述

摘要

以某高层住宅小区为工程背景，通过分析该住宅小区的工程地质条件，对该工程的地基处理方案进行了研究，并提出了CFG桩复合地基技术，指出该技术具有施工速度快、工期短、效益明显等特点，是北方地区应用最普遍的地基处理技术之一。%Taking the high-rise residential community as the engineering background,through analyzing the residential community engineering ge-ology conditions,the paper studies its foundation treatment scheme,puts forward CFG pile composite foundation technology,and points out its merits including quick construction speed,short construction duration and obvious benefits and so on. Thus,it is one of the most popular founda-tion treatment technologies in the northern region.
