From the space compression theory, the paper explores the space utility of the space under bridges in Harbin by combining with the space utilities in the city, points out some reasonable fragment space construction, including the improvement of the parking space management, optimization of the traffic facilities and grassland landscape construction, and allocation of safety facilities, so as to provide some reference.%从空间压缩理论出发，根据目前哈尔滨桥下空间利用现状，探讨了哈尔滨市桥下空间的利用，并提出了加强停车空间管理，优化交通设施，完善绿地景观建设，设置安全设施等合理利用破碎空间的建议，以供参考。
