建立注册消防工程师执业资格制度的必要性

摘要

对注册消防工程师制度在我国的建立历程作了简述，从消防管理机制、专业队伍建设、法律法规、防火建设等角度入手，分析了建立注册消防工程师执业资格制度的必要性，对创造安全的社会消防环境有重要意义。%The paper indicates the establishment process of the system of professional qualification of registered fire engineers,and analyzes the necessity for establishing system of professional qualification of registered fire engineers from the fire-fighting management mechanism,construc-tion of professional teams,laws and regulations,and fire-fighting construction,so it is meaningful for creating the safe social fire-fighting envi-ronment.
