刍议市政工程中成本控制与项目经理的管理

介绍了工程中成本控制包含的内容，并对市政工程施工过程中在成本控制与管理方面存在的问题进行了分析，论述了管理对市政工程中成本控制与管理的决定性作用，并提出了工程中优化项目成本控制与项目管理的措施。%This paper introduced the contents of cost control in engineering,and analyzed the problems of cost control and management in munic-ipal engineering construction process,discussed management to cost control in municipal engineering and the decisive role of management,and put forward optimization project cost control and project management measures in engineering.
