摘要

According to the analysis of the regional location for the program sites of Fuying Changshou Lake,the paper identifies the general planning design aims of the program,mainly illustrates the functions,layout,and landscape design strategies for the program,and analyzes the architectural forms and facade effect,so as to construct it into the one with regional,cultural and time features.%通过对富盈长寿湖商业广场项目场地区域位置的分析，确立了项目的总体规划设计目标，着重阐述了该项目的功能、布局、风貌设计策略，并对建筑形式与立面效果进行了分析，以期将该项目建设成为一个具有地域性、文化性、时代性的建筑。
