对地基基础和桩基础的概念进行了阐述，分析了地基基础与桩基础施工中常出现的问题，并对二者的具体施工技术进行了阐述，以期提高建筑工程基础施工技术，确保建筑的稳定性和安全性。%The paper illustrates the concepts for the foundation and pile foundation,analyzes frequent problems in their constructions,and illus-trates their construction techniques respectively,so as to promote the construction technique for the foundation of architectural projects and to en-sure the stability and safety of buildings.
