施工企业的绿色材料采购管理研究

摘要

依据绿色材料采购管理现状，分析了绿色材料在采购过程中存在的问题，提出了针对绿色材料的采购策略，并将计算机信息化管理的思想运用于材料采购中，为施工企业创建了适合绿色材料的计算机统筹材料采购管理系统。%Referring to the purchase management status of the green materials,the paper analyzes some problems in the purchasing process of the materials,points out its purchasing strategies respectively,and adopts the computer informationized management idea into the material purchase, so as to create the computer-coordinated material purchase management system for the green materials.
