建设单位在工程质量管理中存在的问题及对策

摘要

对建设单位在工程质量管理中存在的多元及多方面的问题进行了剖析，详细列举了针对不同问题的应对措施，指出只有深入了解工程事故的发展过程，科学分析事故原因，采取正确的措施才能避免类似工程事故的发生，提高工程质量。%This paper analyzed the multivariate and multi aspects of problems of construction units in engineering quality management,illustrated in detail the measures according to different problems,pointed out that only in-depth understanding of the development process of engineering ac-cident,scientific analysis on the accident causes,took proper measures to prevent similar accidents,improve the engineering quality.
