The paper introduces the contents for the cost management of expressway programs,indicates some problems for the cost management in the programs,points out measures to enhance the cost management,and illustrates the effective cost control can be achieved only by promoting the staff’s recognition of the cost control,analyzing factors affecting the cost,and dealing with the relationship between the construction period and cost.%介绍了高速公路施工项目成本管理的内容，论述了公路施工项目成本管理过程中存在的问题，提出了加强成本管理的措施，指出只有提高工作人员的成本控制意识，深入分析影响成本的因素，正确处理工期与成本的关系，才能达到有效控制成本的目的。
