The paper introduces the main equipment components of the intelligent architectural electric system,and analyzes the technical re-quirements for the remote treatment and installation,BAS route installation,input equipment installation,output equipment installation,so as to enhance the construction technique of the electric equipment system and exert the performance of the electric equipment.%介绍了智能建筑电气系统的主要设备构成，对远程处理机安装、BAS 路线安装、输入设备安装、输出设备安装等技术要求进行了分析，以期提高电气设备系统的施工技术，更好的发挥电气设备的使用性能。
