关于如何提高城市规划可操作性的几点思考

Based on the reflection of the implementation of the urban planning,the paper explores how to improve the plan’s workability from the content system and implementation by taking the township system planning,so as to enhance the direction for promoting the township system planning in future urban development.%在对山西省城市规划实施情况进行反思的基础上，以县域村镇体系规划为例，从内容体系及实施机制等方面探讨了如何提高规划的可操作性，以求强化县域村镇体系规划在未来城市发展过程中的指导作用。
