重载铁路既有扣件的强化与应用

摘要

在弹条Ⅱ型扣件的基础上，对扣件部件进行了强化设计研究，并对其进行了室内试验和大秦线现场应用，结果表明，强化设计扣件与既有弹条Ⅱ型扣件相比，具有较强的适应性和较少的后期维修作业量，能在一定程度上适应我国未来重载运输的要求。%Based on elastic strip Ⅱ type fastener,this paper made reinforcement design research on fastener parts,and carried indoor test and Da-Qin field application,the results showed that,compared with existing elastic strip Ⅱ type fastener,the reinforcement design fastener had stronger adaptability and less late maintenance work,could adapt to China’s future heavy haul transportation requirements in a certain extent.
