论高层建筑消防隐患及防火监督

摘要

简单阐述了高层建筑火灾的基本特点，研究分析了高层建筑的消防隐患产生原因，并在此基础上提出重视高层建筑火灾隐患源头、提升高层建筑耐火等级、施工管理严格把关等几点对策，旨在促进我国建筑行业可持续发展。%The paper describes basic fire features of high-rise building,studies high-rise building fire-fighting hazards,puts forward some coun-termeasures,such as controlling high-rise building fire hazard source,improving high-rise building fire resistance level,and strictly controlling construction management and so on,with a view to promote sustainable development of domestic building industry.
