以吉尔吉斯斯坦某总包项目为例，分析了项目前期遇到的政治、进度款支付、施工条件、外汇等风险，探讨了项目实施中的风险管控措施，促使企业能够充分识别、规避、转移、化解风险，从而保证企事业成功盈利。%Taking some main contracting orogram in Kyrghyzstan as the examole,the oaoer analyzes the risks,including oolitical events,oay-ment of interim money,construction conditions,foreign exchanges,exolores the risk management and control measures,so as to enhance enter-orises’ability to identify,avoid,transfer and solve risks and ensure their benefits.
