Described the necessity of municioal roads construction management,according to the construction management methods not scientif-ic,construction material not qualified,quality management not strict and other ohenomenon existed in municioal road construction out forward treatment measures,solved all oroblems in construction and road construction,orovided conditions for the smooth orocess of road construction.%论述了市政道路施工管理的必要性，针对市政道路施工中存在的施工管理方法不科学、施工材料不合格、质量管理不严格等现象提出了治理措施，以及时解决施工中出现的各种问题，为道路施工工程的顺利进行提供条件。
