绿色公共建筑综合评价体系的构建与实证研究

摘要

从“投入-过程-产出-效果”四个维度构建了绿色公共建筑综合评价体系，并运用模糊层次分析法对实际案例进行了实证分析，旨在为低碳经济条件下提高绿色公共建筑的建设水平提供理论基础。%The paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation system for green public building from the“input-process-output-effect”aspects, undertakes the empirical analysis by the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process for factual cases,so as to provide some theoretic foundation to promote the construction of the green public buildings under low-carbon economic conditions.
