According to the adoption of the intelligent engineering professional prime contracting management,the paper applies the program management theories and knowledge system to undertake the program management and control on the intelligent project from the aims,plan,pro-gress,construction,quality,safety,investment,and subcontract,so as to complete the large-scale and complicated intelligent projects.%通过采用智能化工程专业总承包管理的方式，运用项目管理理论和知识体系对该项目智能化工程从目标、计划、进度、施工、质量、安全、投资和分包等方面进行项目管理和控制，使得大型、复杂智能化工程圆满完成。
