工程索赔的合理化运用

摘要

The paper briefly introduces the concept of the engineering claims,illustrates the contents of the notice of intention of engineering claims,sums up the compilation,the submission,the checking,and the deadline of the claim documents,and points out the anti-claim meth-ods,so as to provide some reference for the reasonable application of the engineering claims.%简要介绍了工程索赔的含义，阐述了工程索赔意向通知书包括的内容，并对索赔文件的编写、提交、审核及期限进行了归纳总结，提出了反索赔的方法，为今后工程索赔的合理化运用提供了参考借鉴。
