某高层住宅的桩基选型及设计

摘要

以某高层住宅工程为例，介绍了后注浆灌注桩、PHC管桩等常用桩型在高层地基中的应用技术，并结合工程实例，对各桩型的经济性进行了分析，着重阐述了各常用桩的优缺点，得出了该工程最适宜的桩型。%Taking a high-rise residential building project as an example,this paper introduced the application technology of post grouting bored pile,PHC pipe pile and other commonly used pile type in high-rise foundation,and combining with the project example analyzed the economics of each pile type,emphatically elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of each common pile,and gained the most suitable pile type for en-gineering.
